Start2Code

About this Event

**Start2Code – Git, GitHub & Open Source Bootcamp** is a two-day hands-on workshop followed by a one-week Open Source Contribution Marathon, organized by the GitHub Club under TechNova – The Technical Society of SSCSE. The event is designed to help beginners learn Git, GitHub, version control, branching, Pull Requests, SSH authentication, and collaborative development workflows. Participants will then apply their learning by contributing to a common GitHub repository through bug fixes, documentation, testing, improvements, and new features. Start2Code aims to provide practical open-source experience and help students build meaningful contributions they can showcase on their GitHub profiles, résumés, and portfolios.
