About this Event

Dear Students, Greetings. This email is regarding your participation in the India AI Impact Summit 2026 at Bharat Mandapam. Please read the following instructions carefully: 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 No bus facility will be arranged by the college. Students must manage their own transportation to and from the venue on all summit days. 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 • Attendance will be granted only after physical verification at Bharat Mandapam. • Students who have registered on the Technova website must have received a QR code. • This QR code will be scanned by the Technova team at the venue. • After successful scanning and verification, the consolidated list will be forwarded to the HoD for attendance approval. • Attendance will not be granted without verification. 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗜 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗤𝗥 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲 • The QR code received from the official AI Impact Summit registration is separate from the Technova QR code. • This official QR is mandatory for entry and movement during summit days. • If you have not received the official QR code, please log in to the AI Impact Summit App to access it. 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 If any assessment, class test, or academic activity is scheduled on the same day, the responsibility lies entirely with the student. The organizing team will not be responsible for any missed assessment. If any student is found requesting attendance without actually attending the event, attendance will not be granted for the remaining days of the summit, and strict action may be taken as per institutional norms.
